You could if you wanted to. The coins could be put to better use though imo. I would just use regular 60%s.

Second one is better for sure, you can still enhance it once and scroll it, but it's better than the first one even without doing so.

It's quite obvious that the second one is much better. The 6% total damage doesn't show up in your range but the damage increase is noticable. Scroll it like everyone so far suggested and you will be better off.
