Well after getting my Mercedes to level 69, I went to get on my mule and I got ALL the legends quests again. It was awesome because they were already complete and I got 30 or so legends coins and I got the chaos scroll and some other random quests I had already completed. SWEET! I even got the quest for the Level UP potions but... the blue potion wasnt there so... you know.

After every server check quests reset (and some other stuff, like monster book), so you can redo it all, not just the cannoneer.
