Windows 7 Installation - Tristan - 2011-12-17 G'day Maplers! Today I have a predicament. I screwed up my user profiles by renaming a folder... yeah I'm retarded. I read that this can all be fixed by a fresh install of Windows 7. Now, I am not that knowledgeable in this whole operating system business. I have an iso for Windows 7 Home Premium RTM and I have the CD code for my laptop. Gotta love how they don't ship Windows 7 disks with the laptop... But anyways I have no idea what RTM means, so, I was wondering, when I install it, can I go into Windows Update and will it update back to Win 7 SP1 6.0.1? Or will I be stuck... Thanks for the help I feel like the biggest dope right now.
