Google Chrome Plug-in Issue - Link - 2011-12-12

So, I'm having this problem with Google Chrome. Every time I go to a webpage (not all pages, but most), I get that yellow bar at the top of my screen saying, "An additional plug-in is required to display some elements on this page." I then click "Install plug-in," but the bar disappears and it does nothing. Then I refresh the page and click "Problems installing?" It links me to a page with some directions on how to install Windows Media Player and Java plug-ins.

The problem is, I installed the files it asks me to install, but this yellow bar keeps popping up. I looked around in the Chrome options and I can't find a way to make it disappear. Does anyone know what the issue is or how to just simply get it to stop asking me to install whatever plug-in it's asking me to install?

Image for proof, if needed (no idea why it would be needed).

Edit : Oh, never mind. I figured out that it was an issue with some Skype plug-in that wasn't working properly. Stupid Skype and its always buggy add-ons/plug-ins. >_>

Oh it was skype. I was going to suggest it being an issue with the new radio feature.
