It does have a cooldown, there's a variable for it in the data, it just isn't shown in the skill description or level read out.

iirc, they have a +40 DEX skill in Beginner.

Luck of Phantom Thief's skill description had a time variable in the readout, and I just translated it as is. It doesn't actually have a duration, and lasts until you die or log out I believe. It has a cooldown though. 300s at max level.

Ultimate Driver actually hits three times per attack, but it wasn't listed in the skill readout so I didn't know to include it in this translation.

Noir Carte most likely adds Dodge Rate rather than Avoid Rate. I based it off what I translated, but since the variable is subProp instead of er, it is more likely Dodge Rate, or it's just a really shitty skill.

Soul Steal has two durations and a cooldown associated with it, but since the readout didn't include them, there's no way for me to know which duration is for which buff.

Also, sorry about the Cane Booster thing. I'm trying to be as completely consistent as possible, and that means every booster will have the same description except for the weapon. Nexon doesn't seem to like doing this for some reason (being consistent and logical). Mercedes' description was the closest and I forgot to change the weapon name.

The x might be its duration, but it might not since it's an x. We'll have to wait for the next KMST for them to fix it, or check with any KMSTer and see if it has a duration. Check your e-mail. I fixed the errors you told me about on my end, but I'm not sure what else there is.

no it is not. combo attack=1.25x boss charges are 1.4x ON NEUTRAL!!!!
