Well, i've logged in on my IL wizard, and tried to do some of those event quests with him. Was normally hunting at Oblivion, but then i noticed that sometimes, a strange effect appeared and hit the monster, but doing no difference, or maybe 1HKOing them since everytime it happened, they died.
The effect looks like Archer's Mortal Blow effect, but red. I don't recall anything like this being added, nor something has changed in any of my equips. I wonder what the hell is this :o
I'll see if i can get the right timing to get a screenshot, since all my attempts failed.

When it's maxed you have like an 11% chance to KO something under 25% HP... Or whatever, you can see for yourself lol.

Ohh. I'm sorry, then. Only thought on it about it's damage increase effect, since i didn't play it since the latest revamp, and when i did, only bossed. :S

I've personally never activated the skill to my knowledge... I 1-2HKO everything that would be affected by it, so the effect seems wasted... I wish it added Crit rate or something
