Does anyone know if we get more then one free slot with legend, or if we get one at all?

We won;t know until it happens, but:
1) According to Spadow's blog, when the cannon shooter update hit, a Char Slot coupon was given to the first character you logged in.
2) In Tespia, the first character you logged in gained a Char Slot coupon.
Those two things being true, there is a good chance we get a coupon when the Cannoneer update hits.
