This is just so wrong it makes me cry and I had to translate it... How in the hell can you order someone to kill her own pet. I wouldn't kill my own dog no matter who tells me to do so. They would have to kill me before touching my pets. This is just inhumane and horrible! Besides, why can't they make the tests now? They don't even know that he's sick for f'ucks sake.

Seriously though, this is just yet another good idea that they've butchered, figuratively. Making animals get tests so they don't spread diseases to humans or other animals is all well and good, but then complaining when someone actually ask for the test to be done? And then when it becomes a problem not allowing the person to have the tests done AT ALL? And then forcing the person to perform a dissection on their own pet because the tests weren't fucking done? :l
