PS3 patch 4.0.0 - Flonne - 2011-11-30
Anyone with a fat 60GB care to test a PS2 disc and see if video loads? I haven't tried digital copy yet but in 5 load attempts its failed all 5 times on visuals only since the newest patch on my Rogue Galaxy disc, and it's working just fine on my PS2.
edit:digital copy seems to work, both Odin Sphere and Grimgrimoire are loading fine. Damn you Sony, I wanted to replay Rogue Galaxy today (note, game was loading on my PS3 as of last night before patch).

Aha! I figured it out; patching reset the virtual memcard slots, and for some reason the popup at the beginning of the game saying "no memcard detected" was killing the video. lockan
