I'd guess they would develop different languages based on their culture, their needs, and such. So probably not.

A language made by cows in the USA would never have a way to say "WATCH OUT FOR THAT ELEPHANT!" since they have never seen an elephant.

Exactly. Cows have been around long enough for their original dialects to have branched out into many languages through widespread exportation and hybridization.
