Y u suck so bad?
Y u no display webpages?
Right now, IE is being a piece of pomegranate.
It loads webpages, but all it displays is white.
It loads the buttons and links and text boxes and stuff, I know this because I can mouse over a link and see what link it'll take me to at the bottom.
At first I thought it was that my IE was too old, because I hadn't used it in several months.
But when I downloaded the IE9 installation files, it won't do it because there is a more recent version of Internet Explorer present.
Unless I happen to have IE9.404 or something, I don't know what the hell is up.
Can anyone help?

What Solarboy said. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and install Firefox/Chrome. IE is just about the pomegranatetiest browser you can use.

KMS site can only be used in IE.
I use Chrome for everything else.
I wouldn't be using IE if I had a choice, trust me.
The "I haven't used IE in several months" part might have been a clue, I don't know.

I can't know what you don't tell me.
I have been told that some countries are IP blocked from playing KMS, maybe that's the case for the site as well.

United States.
And it's for all websites.
They ALL show up as white.
No exceptions.
I'm actually starting to think this has something to do with having messed with my systems fonts a while ago.
Wonder if Shinku has this too...

tried restarting the computer? clearing temp files/cache? Reset IE to defaults?

Yes, no, haven't changed IE a bit due to the fact that I've only ever used it once before on this computer; I believe it was to test if some custom siggy glitch worked on different browsers than chrome.
I'm starting to think more and more that it has something to do with the fonts.
Things like GMS's gamelauncher show up all white except for the play button.

Use Opera. When you get to the "sorry, IE onry" page, right click > Edit Site Preferences > Network.
Select "Identify as IE" for the browser identification field.
There used to be an old FF addon that'd let you emulate an IE6 tab. Not sure if Chrome has a similar one.
