Thief Legend Coming Soon to KMS - Loose - 2011-11-10
It uses a grappling hook/dagger on a chain. They have a skill similar to Buccaneer's Snatch and can use it to "teleport" and rocket jump like a Mechanic.
It's kinda like Whip Kirby, but in MaplesStory. Not really, I'm just kidding.

All I want from the thief legend is a prankster. A totally ridiculous and overpowered class that is afraid of clowns, uses bowling balls, has a random attack that can blow himself up if unlucky, and can summon a muscular leprechaun (shot duration, cooldown) to give a beating to his victims.
Something like mindless fun. And if the legend can't, then let the resistance thief be so.
Oh, also, 4th wall breaker.

Hmm. Well, the Union's Advance Part 2 events end at December 08, so the 3rd patch should be around that week. I'll be surprised if they release the new class by then.

Awww I wanted both legends to come out at the same time, or the pirate one to come out first.
I've been thinking about what could they do to make an unique thief legend. I consider the facts like we already got short range thieves (DB and Shads), long range thieves (night lords), the fact that throwing stars don't leave run for a lot of creativity when thinking of skills and that most other things have already been implemented one way or another. But I'm thinking, why not making a job that can do both? Dagger on 1 hand and throwing stars on the other one. They could use a snatch-like skill like Loose said to pull enemies close and use their daggers or bl0w them up from afar with their stars. They could also use other ninja abilities like walking on ceilings and shoot stars and float through platforms using kites. IDK, I just believe its hard to think of something original with like 15 other jobs in game.
