I believe it was like making a lvl 100 ring/gear with some stuff and disassemble it.

I think the fastest way is to train at future evere and disasemble the level 110 equipment.

You get them at a rate of roughly 10% from 100 gear, 20% from 110 gear, presumably 30% from 120 gear when you dissassemble.
If you can get lots of armor 100/110 that's pretty much what you do.
