Well i level'd my evan to 68.
i've started to do his quests..
i'm doing right now level 42 quest.
and i dont have max 2/3 job on both skills...
why i dont get the sp? XD

You must have missed some quests, that's the only possible answer. Try checking your quest log.
Also; Not all of the Evan quests give out SP

and i've reached level 51 quest.
i have 13 teleport and 20 on that fire skill..
and max magic guard and 15 Thunder bolt

There are some quests that might be bugged, at least it was in ems. Do whatever quest you think is related to evans, even tho they are not under "New hero" tab. Check this webpage http://global.hidden-street.net/quest/new-hero a million t imes and see if you finished every single one of them to your current level, if you didnt and you still cant get the quests... well then its bugged obviously.

Nexon trapped me, they made evan without mastery books, then remove some quests that give SP.
