Unlike the typical MP3 player, I think I have to 'download' iTunes, right? Also, does this mean I have to buy songs online and download them to play them on my iPod? What about other songs that I download from random sites? Please help, I'm really confused. Tongue

Yeah Khoi, you can just use iTunes. Just download it from the iTunes site and then start importing music from your music folders. Some songs (like those in WMA format) it'll convert to the m4a format, but you can change that in settings so it'll convert to mp3. mp3 format songs don't need converting at all, they can go straight on your iPod. You can still use the songs you have, you don't HAVE to buy songs from the iTunes store. Shine Hope that helps! <3

No, you don't have to buy songs from the iTunes store, but you DO have to download iTunes itself (along with what the pineapple ever.. Quicktime). To add existing songs to your music library, you must go to "Add file to library..." or use the Ctrl+O shortcut and add your songs manually. Then you plug in your iPod via USB and your iPod will sync itself with your music library/video/photos/whatever including playlists you have made.

That is all.[/COLOR]

Off-topic - Why are all your thread titles so long :f6:

On-topic - Just import the songs from your music library into iTunes and download them to the nano from there xD

Change your iPod settings to Storage Device (I think that's the one) so you can drag and drop instead of having to resync every fucking time you want to add a new song. It becomes a pain when your library is 1000+ songs, and there are some you want, some you don't want, and some that are new.

There should be a tutorial on the iPod site on how to set up your iTunes and iPod in any case.
