Help with MS aspect ratio on Widescreen - RenaGabriev - 2011-10-17
Hello,
I used to play MS pre-BB on my Widescreen laptop, and I could play on full screen mode without the image distorting. Now I'm trying to play on the same laptop (just got back to maple), and things look really stretched and ugly on full screen mode.
I tried fixing the scaling options on my video card, but seems I'm missing the option to keep aspect ratio, and the other options are greyed out. Here's my video card info and a screen of the problem, what can I do?

On my desktop i know that if i want the entire MS image to fit to the screen completely i have to set the scaling to stretched.. I dunno you might just have to live with a stretched image or use windowed mode.

I can't read the text at all without getting a massive headache, so it's not because I'm being picky or anything. I can't adjust the scaling options, and I tried the resolution switching->setting the auto scale->getting back to normal resolution "trick" and it didn't work. So yeah, there's no point at all of trying to get back if I can't fix that.
Oh btw, I have a laptop (Dell Studio XPS 1640).
