I've noticed noone in Scania has one of these. Is it just that hard to get or do people get HTP instead?

It's that hard to get. Takes roughly 40 days of silent crusade to unlock it+scrolls I think
Not to mention, at 100m ea scroll, a 25 all chtp would be cheaper and better.

It's a little more than 40 days (the last two levels alone add up to 40 days). In fact I'm not sure anyone in GMS qualifies yet. I'm 4 days away but I started a few days late.
Anyway, as Blades4hire said, the price is way too high for the stats they have.

you already have a chtp so y u care f3
but they untradeable...that makes the tradeable chtp/htp/vip/unwelcome pends MUCHHHHH more favorable...and the crusade pend is barely on par w/ a 25stat chtp...self cubing+not being able to sell when u get the % u dont want is Q_Q

there are several grand captains in scania already, but as you may guess, nobody bothered with the pendant.

before i found out they took 40 days i was looking at the 10% hp bonus and looking to combine w/ chtp using extra pendant
i became a HP junkie sadly
