Hi there Southperry.
Is there a way/site to check what's the minimum and maximum stat you can get on a clean equip?
Let's say I want to check what's the best possible attack of a clean Cygnus Helm. I know average is 1 and min is 0, but what's max? 2? 3? Is there a way to know that?

avgstat + floor(avgstat/10)+1
Should suffice for most regular items.
