has anyone finish these quest? or has seen the effect rings give if it has one

There's a CS item you need to complete the quest that we don't have. I'm pretty sure we're not supposed to have the quests. (The 30/100 day refers to the time you've been married, by the way, not how long you have to wait to finish)
Also, there aren't any wedding ring effects in kMS, so I don't think the upgraded rings would have any.
