Dear Maplers,
The Character Name Change and Character Transfer items have been removed from the Cash Shop, effective the maintenance on Wednesday, August 24, due to issues with the current processing system. We are working on improving the processing system and plan to bring the items back at some point in the future.
Players with open name changes and world transfers will continue to be processed during upcoming server maintenances.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.

They are doing a great job actually. Until they can figure out how to fix the problem they are taking it down so people don't use it anymore and complain about it not working.
Nexon does something bad, people complain. Nexon does something good, people complain. They should just shut down MapleStory and put everyone out of their apparent misery.
