Note: I actually drew the girl up myself, I didnt copy Looses avatar though it sorta looks like I did.

there's no real joke on this image, it's just the comic relief caused by the charmander (ignore the fact that it's a pokemon I mean) to prevent perversion. So I take it that u didnt find the comic relief funny?
