I know what the first three are, but I am wondering what the heart one and the two blank ones are.

The heart leads you to your creature pots, and the blank ones are just blank.

Dang, I was hoping you were going to ask what the magnifying glass one was for? I've been under the assumption that it was for revealing Tier 1 potential items when the player has level 30 Insight, but I have yet to find any proof.

When you reach level 30 insight you get to reveal 1 - 30 level items. Same goes for 31 - 70. Not sure about beyond.
