Common sense tells me it wouldn't work, but this is Nexon. I would not be shocked if it did work.

No. Also you can't scroll it while it's locked.
I found that out when my 100% potential scroll refused to work on any of my locked items. (But tim's lab sure did, funny that.)

On that note, Nate apparently found out that if you item tag a crafted equip, apparently the "Crafted By: ____" goes away. Huh.
