Alright, I'm aware that there is a gacha draco in JMS, but I had assumed that the level 200 draco should be able to fly.
I have the skill but my red fattie is still firmly grounded. Anyhow else having this issue? Anyone with a level 3 Mir or 120 cygnus with a Shinsoo able to fly yet?
Also, how in the world does one level this skill?

If the red draco mount that DOEs fly is 120+, I'm going to be fucking pissed. That should be a level 200 exclusive DX

in jms it was 150 or 160+, which honestly, is pretty darn fair considering the fact that CK get it at 120

I'm hoping that Nexon at least leaves SOMETHING for the level 200's. They've pretty much given away anything was worth having a 200 for. 120 dracos, echo of hero, even the used to be amazing 20 blessing doesn't mean anything anymore.
