They didn't spawn after server check.
I'm guessing they moved the location, so where is it?

It's more likely that there just aren't any spawning because they're all on cooldown, rather than it being moved. SCs don't reset boss spawn timers.

he still spawns there, just not immediately after the sc. It took like 15-30mins for me to find one

Manons have always spawned after a server check because the server check is longer than the spawn time.

Did they get moved to those instanced spawn map with crusader stuff? I swear there was a list of monsters moved to those maps.

I can't really speak for manon, but bosses like purple toad does not spawn instantly every time just because they should according to the timer.

In Tespia, Manon's spawned in Manon's Forest.
Locked, i've waited as long as 4 hours before ANY manon's spawned after an SC. SC's pineapple up the spawn, that's all.
