The Hunter - Luacake - 2011-08-06
So I just came up with a new forum game concept, and I want to give it a test try.
Background
You all are residents of the humble seaside town of Southperry. However, your town is also the home of a not-so-humble secret. In a forgotten corner of Southperry lives a stereotypical mad scientist meddling in forbidden lost arts, who has just succeeded in creating the ultimate monster: Pink Bean Two. In stereotypical fashion, it has broken out and killed its master, and now seeks to hunt down and kill every member of Southperry, who it sees as its captors and enemies.
You all are the survivors, and your objective is to hide.
Mechanics
I start each round by posting a place to hide, like this:

Each round, you may do one of two things:
Option 1. Make a new hiding place. You do this by posting in this thread like this:

The name of the hiding place can be anything you want, logical or not, thematic or not. It doesn't matter, but it must be unique for this round.
Option 2. Hide in an existing place. You do this by PMing me:

It must match one of the hiding places that have been posted in the thread this round, or the one I started with.
You may not change your answer except to correct typos. The round ends as soon as everyone has found a place to hide or at the end of 48 hours, upon which Pink Bean Two kills the stragglers.
Scoring
Each round, Pink Bean Two goes to whichever hiding place has the most people and kills them all. If there is a tie, it goes after the hiding place that was posted last. Everyone else receives points equal to the number of people who hid with them, including themselves.
So for example, if the following people hide in the following places:
In the potion shop: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green
Under the ship's deck: Blue, Indigo
In the clouds: Violet
Red, Orange, Yellow, and Green die. Blue and Indigo receive 2 points, and Violet receives 1. The next round begins with Blue, Indigo, and Violet remaining.
Your goal is to get the highest number of points, while surviving the Bean. The game continues until there is no one left.
It might need some tweaks, but I want to see how it plays. Come sign up!

Come to think of it, this game could probably also run in Zen Mode, where there's no sign up and you just enter by sending an action and there's no death (dying = 0 points, or maybe negative) and the game goes on forever. But let's try it like this for now.
