Don't believe so. Only possible to improve the looks through a better quality recipe. (deluxe) If you don't like it you just have to forge another one.

You can in Henesy you need the Hair Color Coupon and it works on either Type of android I have a Normal Android and Now it's my Clone

You can change hair style and color using a special android npc at henesys barbershop, not sure about the eyes but I can check when the game come back.
