Note: If you were wondering about the 2nd line that was cut off, it allows one to have a large chance to gain 2 ores/crystals from mining 1 rock, and a small chance to gain 1 or 3 ores/crystals.
Like many other people, I was curious to see how fast the durability drained on these new profession items.
I only tested the Swift Wrench, but I assume the durability drain is the same on the others as well. (not confirmed)
I mined a few ores to test it out...

| 98 | 6 |
| 97 | 11 |
| 96 | 16 |
| 95 | 21 |
The Swift Wrench has 500 durability at 100%.
Judging from the above, found by mining 2 of each color vein including 1 Heartstone, I conclude that the durability loss is the same no matter which vein you mine, and you loose durability regardless of whether or not you successfully mine the vein or not.
Therefore, to completely break one Swift Wrench at 100% durability, one would need to mine 496 veins.

500 Durability = 500
100 durability = 100.

Acutally, those numbers that you provided are incorrect.
Please reread what I posted to understand how the durability drops.

They're right, because guess what. I had a Swift Wrench and after exactly 500 uses it went down to 0.

Premium Gold Pickaxe = Unlisted
Light Wrench = 800 durability
Cole's Golden Pickaxe = 800 durability
Golden Pickaxe = 500
Wrench = 1000
