which bucc skills have a cooldown or delay in PvP - Moonlapse - 2011-07-21
I notice a large delay between dragon strike, making it unspammable. Is it like this for anyone else?

Besides the 1 second delay between all skills, drain and demo both have cooldowns of like 5 and 10 seconds i think. Not sure of what else.
