Arm-weight based exercises - Random_Overlord - 2011-07-19 To substitute for weights, would using one arm to apply force on my other hand and to try to lift that force be counted as exercise? Basicly it's like a self arm wrestle, but can be adjusted based on my own preferences. I just wanted to know if it'll work or not, I've been trying different ways to exercise lately like air-punching and stuff. I've been meaning to use my dad's weight sets for exercising, but he attacks me about using them and I never get near them even if I wanted.

Pushups are quite literally the best over-all work out. It works out almost every muscle in your body from your legs to your core to your arms. If strongly recommend supplementing them with squats (ideally a 3 or more variations) and crunches (Again with some variations). |
