I think any of the PQs that give you the chest popup at the end can spit out screws. Rex PQ gives 70 each time it gives you them.

DRPQ gives them out after killing Dragon Rider sometimes, I have about 250 from doing that for Willpower.

Make a lvl 15 character and go do that lvl 15 Sleepywood jump quest for John in Lith Harbor. He gives you 20 screws I think (somewhere between 15 & 30, doesn't take long to get to lvl 15 if you need to do the quest twice).
