Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the franchise and brand strategies for a selection of Nexon brands.
• Evaluate, research and negotiate partnerships for player acquisition, retention and monetization as well as brand building
• Analyze product and consumer research and guide the business accordingly.
• Assess, improve and optimize ongoing media, CRM campaigns and loyalty programs.
• Oversee events and exhibitions to promote Nexon’s Games and its brands
• Lead cross functional teams including PR, community, and game developers
• Oversee marketing team and agencies during production of advertising, promotional materials, trailers and other marketing materials
• Identify and advocate for incremental opportunities for Nexon’s games
