That 3D version is not really 3D, it's just that the bullets cross the plane where you stay instead of going parallel to it.

never said it was, take it to the guy that made it. and, i mean, the movement might not be in 3D, but wouldn't the screen be considered 3D, considering you can to a degree i think the word is strafe? ehh, circle a bit around the boss.
