Maybe this is a stupid question, but can you "buy/sell" names?
Like if i delete my char with a certain name, can the "buyer" make a char with the certain name?

Yes. Most of the time people only buy names from beta days e.g. Love, Kind, Beautiful, etc

You can't sell names on any legit site.

I think because it's a shady transaction and stuff.
And people don't really go for "wanted" names, they just try to find people selling them, and if they like one, they'll contact the seller.

It's illegal here because it encourages name squatting and is a form of transaction that is 100% trust based, and therefore an easy scam.

Also note that name changes do not free up your original name, you must delete the character. (not sure what happens if you delete a character that had a namechange)
