There was a lot of speculation about this and other unique lines stacking post-chaos, can someone confirm or denied it already?

The screenshots and therefore the math stuff is done with Sudden Raid. How is that post-chaos?

Because sh`it doesn't change. If people thought it was stacking post-chaos and not pre-bb then why would it go from stacking to nonstacking when videos post-chaos have shown otherwise.
