Which part of "Characters Lv.160 and above can travel from the Temple of Time to the new Gate to the Future" is not clear?
Just as you can't set foot inside Lionheart Castle if you're under 110, even if you use family teleport or a Mystic Door (remains to be seen whether the new Ultra Teleport Rocks can bypass these limits...)
Anyway, if you want to be 100% totally absolutely sure, wait a few hours 'til game up and go look.
