Decent Hyper Body not giving 40% hp - Hana - 2011-06-13
Just need some clarification on decent HB.
No equips:
Base - 5944
Decent HB - 8106
36.37% change
Equips:
Base - 8214
Decent HB - 10742
30.78% change
Shouldn't decent HB give you the whole 40% regardless of your equips?

It stacks additively with +% HP from skills and equips, so it's not 1.4x your HP at all times.
For example, I'm assuming you're talking about a NL?
You have Shadow Resistance, so your base HP is 5944 / 1.1, which gives you ~5404, if you multiply that by 1.5 (10% from Shadow Resistance and 40% from Decent HB) you get ~8106 HP

a great example, as a warrior, you have a passive +20% HP skill. you equip a Czak, a CHTP, and a rex earring, and you have 150% HP
if you use decent HB, you would go from 150%, to 190% hp, however, since the 150% hp is passive, it feels that you are getting less hp.
