I have my doubts that the Santa thing where he steals a car is "faked". As in, he knows the guy. Because why else would the guy just lie there and not go after him? Unless, unless he used a stun gun stealed from police in Banana suit or just stabbed the guy with a fruitknife.

The santa stealing the car was staged, it even says so in the video.
Also, it's much harder to sue people in France, the guy is totally crazy though since he posts proof in his videos.
