well, not really. Its about DTV taking over TV so it's kinda like world conquest.

when they say "If you use an antenna to watch TV on a set that has an analog tuner", I'm sure they mean something like this. But what about more modern TVs like DLP, plasma, and LCD TVs that uses antenna, would that need an upgrade too? God, humanity hates change.
