is the game up or not? ive read a few posts saying people are on the game and its working, but on the nexon site it says it wont be done patching till 12 pm EST, and thats in 45 minutes. so wtp is the game up or not? and if so, how do i make it work.

Unable to do both, as well something is not right with the current pre patcher so I can not patch either.
