I was wondering if anyone had the ability to crop my sig picture into avatar size, while still maintaing the gif animation?
Here's the image (for those who have sigs disabled),

I kind of would prefer her face/shoulders/head/hand, in 150x150 format? Or whatever the largest avatar size is allotted for basic donors?

Also, I try re-doing my old avatar, and the forum tells me:
"Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file."

No clue what you could use then, besides photoshop GIF animator.
