What do you think of a girl who loves 2 guys at the same time? - Link - 2011-05-19 Whores. Not really. What I think is they don't know what true love is and are using that as an excuse to get what they want from two different guys. Sure, she may feel affection for both, but she doesn't really love both. What do you think of a girl who loves 2 guys at the same time? - SaptaZapta - 2011-05-19 I pity the fool. Justin, care to define "true love"? Because I don't think any of us "know what true love is". I think it's entirely possible to feel equally powerfully towards two people. While it's said that normally a woman's romantic love has a monogamous/exclusive aspect to it, I don't think that's a requirement or part of the definition. Unfortunately, unless these guys are as exceptional as she is, this girl is going to have to make a choice. Or Fate will make it for her. What do you think of a girl who loves 2 guys at the same time? - DeanNim - 2011-05-19 if youre torn between 2, pick the second one. if you were really in love with the first one, you wouldnt have fell for the second in the first place. otherwise, what a whore. I like your answer. But I like it more when people sees a guy who likes 2 girls as normal, and a girl who likes 2 guys a whore. 100 years of feminist campaigns went nowhere. HA What do you think of a girl who loves 2 guys at the same time? - JoeTang - 2011-05-19 Slut. What do you think of a girl who loves 2 guys at the same time? - KhainiWest - 2011-05-19 Just fickle really. Imo you can't even understand love without feeling the loss of one. What do you think of a girl who loves 2 guys at the same time? - Beg - 2011-05-19 Commitment to one please, it's not hard. Watched girls lead guys on alot, acting as if they're seriously serious until the guy finds out shes been acting the exact same way with some other guy. It really isn't fair to them. Males who do the same are generally tarred with the same brush from what I've seen in western cultures. They're called "players" right. What do you think of a girl who loves 2 guys at the same time? - Khoi - 2011-05-19 Probably a slut. A friend of mine was in a similar situation recently, she liked.. two other guys, and it was a really bad.. situation. Thankfully, she stopped seeing the other guy, and she's still with her bf, I guess. Long story. What do you think of a girl who loves 2 guys at the same time? - Satellite - 2011-05-19 I don't know about that "True love" thing. Example: I dont think that there's a high chance that: Person B is person A "top crush" (in terms of looks)Person A is person B "top crush" (in terms of looks)-> they happen to start dating At least not first sight. Sure it's possible but seems quite rare. And of course, personality factors are a different thing. What do you think of a girl who loves 2 guys at the same time? - Sn1perJohnE - 2011-05-19 What do I think? Threesome, the guys lose out though. In seriousness, its not good of the girl to do that, but I can see how wanting one and having them, but wanting another but not having can be saddening or something. Since you obviously can't love them all which lucky family member and/or friend gets to be the one person on this universe for all time you actually love? See the flaw yet? Humans are stupid; Feelings are not a finite thing you have x amount to give. They're also not rational and can't be expected to live up to whatever arbitrary laws you whimsically declare they should. If it were that simple there wouldn't be any form of diversity, any unrequited loves, any homosexuality or variation. I think the OP and ShiKage are referring to eros love, not agape. A mate is someone you want be part of your family. The only difference is you also want to be sexually active with them. Where in that is there a limit on the number of people that need to apply to? You can certainly love more than one person at once, you can certainly be attracted to more than one person at a time. Everything else is just social constructs trying to enforce a narrow view of normalcy. Fiel Wrote:I think the OP and ShiKage are referring to eros love, not agape. Filial love would be philos, not agape, and the point stands that none of them are finite, none of them are mutually exclusive, and the greeks would be the first to tell you so. By social thought it's one person. Just ask Shriver's lawyer. But by Darwinism it's as many as you can. Humans have a natural drive for procreation and intimacy regardless of who that comes from. If a woman told me she "loved two different men", I'd be fine with that. But some clarification would be needed about wtp it means to "love two different men". Does that mean sex with them? That you're emotionally attracted? Psychologically? Physically? It's extremely ambiguous, and each of the aforementioned situations brings about a wildly different reaction of praise or condemnation from society. That's based on having married, which is a contractual obligation to limit certain activities to a single agreed upon individual. Even marriage doesn't preclude the feelings, just acting on them. If they were just dating and he'd fooled around with other people most people wouldn't have blinked twice. It's not that he was interested in more than one person at a time that was taboo, it was that he violated his contractual promises to her. Cactuar Wrote:So, I noticed a lot of people saying that a woman who loves two men is a slut. How so? Probably by the same logic that dictates a man who fools around with 5 women in a week is a stud and the girls he did it with are all whores. I reiterate; People are stupid. What do you think of a girl who loves 2 guys at the same time? - Fiel - 2011-05-19 I'm throwing out the OP's question as simply too ambiguous. We could talk about situations of different kinds of love for months and still not cover everything. |
