Not really. What I think is they don't know what true love is and are using that as an excuse to get what they want from two different guys. Sure, she may feel affection for both, but she doesn't really love both.

I think it's entirely possible to feel equally powerfully towards two people. While it's said that normally a woman's romantic love has a monogamous/exclusive aspect to it, I don't think that's a requirement or part of the definition.
Unfortunately, unless these guys are as exceptional as she is, this girl is going to have to make a choice.

They're also not rational and can't be expected to live up to whatever arbitrary laws you whimsically declare they should. But by Darwinism it's as many as you can. Humans have a natural drive for procreation and intimacy regardless of who that comes from.
If a woman told me she "loved two different men", I'd be fine with that. But some clarification would be needed about wtp it means to "love two different men". Does that mean sex with them? That you're emotionally attracted? Psychologically? Physically? It's extremely ambiguous, and each of the aforementioned situations brings about a wildly different reaction of praise or condemnation from society.

That's based on having married, which is a contractual obligation to limit certain activities to a single agreed upon individual.
Even marriage doesn't preclude the feelings, just acting on them.
If they were just dating and he'd fooled around with other people most people wouldn't have blinked twice. It's not that he was interested in more than one person at a time that was taboo, it was that he violated his contractual promises to her.
