I remember watching this on "Ripleys Believe it or not". The cups pull out "Toxin" thats like a blackish liquid. Youre supposed to feel amazing afterward. You should get welts though..

Sounds like you're talking about Wet Cupping/Suction or something, that's when they make a small incision/cut, and then uses the cup to extract blood. I've never done that, and I doubt I would. It sounds disgusting and painful.
