All that stuff falls under the same category. I always believed an IGN should be semi unique, even xXxSuperNarutoxXx is better than using stuff like that.
My opinion though, not everyone agrees. So don't take it the wrong way.

I recently (the 7th) deleted all of the nameholder mules sitting on my MS account as part of cleaning it up. Several nice, single words (spelled correctly, no plurals), several Japanese names (mainly from Umineko, if you're familiar with the entire group of characters) and a few stupid ones not even worth mentioning. Maybe someone will come across them one day and be surprised/happy.
The only names I still hold are my six Beran characters and ONE nameholder mule. It's a name I'm still pretty impressed I grabbed. I'll probably end up giving it away sometime, to someone who would appreciate it.
