Nexon will decide when to sell pam songs. they may be in cs for a week or 2, and when you buy then they will be 90 day time limited like all other CS items. (If you are talking about GMS).

To add on, last time they sold Pam's Song was in roughly February and was on sale for 2-3 weeks (not sure on the exact dates/time duration), but as above has said, they last 3 months.
Also, Nexon has never given out Pam's Song for free, unless you count giving out those cash shop surprises, which have a very small chance of giving those (though so small I havent heard of anyone getting one from them). Last cash shop surprise event was for staying logged onto maple for a certain amount of time and leveling a character on DFO to I think level 10.
While Nexon has never given out Pam's Song in events, they HAVE given out White Scrolls (Christmas event...which was abused and hacked to hell), which behave in a similar manner.

Any idea when they'll come out with Pam Songs again? I know it's sorta stupid to ask but my Vega 30 scrolls expire in July and I'm kinda anxious Dx
