Anyone know what that potential works with?
Decrease duration of abnormal statuses by 2 seconds. I'm mainly asking if it works with Stun and/or Seduce since those are the only things that bother me.

I would consider abnormal statuses anything that Dispel can... dispel. Or, that Hero's Will can nullify, which would include seduce but not stun.
You could test it at Zak.
