Getting constant lag and disconnection since v.97 patch - Arcana - 2011-04-29

Hi, ever since v.97 came out, I've been having constant lag (can't do anything except walking around, everything else just freeze there) every time. It happened a few moment after logged on, then I got disconnected from game after a while. I have tried re-installing game, patch, re-boot pc, changed channel and characters, but it still happened all the time. The lagging looks like I lost internet but I double checked my internet every time and there seemed no problem with internet. Some people mentioned that it might because of the Pando Media booster, i uninstalled and removed it from computer as well but still no luck. To what I've known, some other people are having the same problem but not to all players. I don't know if it's a glitch/bug or something since it ony started after the v.97 patch was released. I'm not good at computer stuff, but I know that I'm using win 7 32-bit, and my computer is relatively new and decent. Can someone help me out, please? Thank you very much
