i haven't played since it's been released and i've been told it's a good place to go from 115-120, i just don't know how to get there. can anyone explain please?

In el nath, take the taxi.
Then talk to the dungeon guide at the top of the map, and just keep going up,through the maps, until you see a spot where there's two portals, one on the left, one on the right
take the left portal, and bam, LHC.
