Question regarding Pot: increase Invincibility time +2 seconds - DragonsWrath - 2011-04-14 Increase invincibility time (2 seconds) Does the above potential effect work with a paladins Guardian? what about Divine Shields' Guard? I'm Assuming it already works with the invincibility after you take damage as well, is that right? I've had it fail in less than a second at LHC, because if multiple mobs are attacking, a) they all take 1 GUARD to block touch damage, b) they all take 1 GUARD to block magic damage This goes on until all guards are used up. Fortunately a mob can't deal touch damage more than once every 2 seconds. There's another issue: Divine Shield only successfully blocks physical attacks. What does that mean? As soon as DS activates, you're gonna get hit by every status effect the boss has, because physical attacks don't give you any more invincibility time. So at BGA, for example, it's gonna successfully stun you every time you go into DS, because touch damage can't protect you. Same applies to other MISSes of course - if BGA or his mobs MISS with their touch damage, then the stun will connect and the boss is that much more annoying. And Shadow Shifter too. So the skill goes from being useful, to being a problem. I feel better about eyeing a 3line Unqiue top now. edit: quick question since status has been brought up. Guardians' 30% immunity to status works on all status effects, such as stun / seduce / zombify? edit2: forget it, according to takebacker it works against seduce at least, looks like im maxing guardian. does it work on stun / zombify too? Question regarding Pot: increase Invincibility time +2 seconds - srevwetv - 2011-04-17 So just to comfirm, with Night Lord's high avoidabilty rate, enemies missing me multiple times within 1-2 seconds until an attack connects is a glitch right? It is in need of being fixed or is it going to stay like this? |
