Anyone know a guide or tips for the best LHC experience? Thank you in advance

While I don't know of any guides for it, the general idea is to deal more damage than everyone else while still having a strong party to back you up. Having a Priest for Holy Symbol is a must, and then using a 1.2x exp buff is also necessary for achieving the highest amount of experience. Just remember try and find a party that's powerful enough to kill each monster in an relatively short time frame, but with no members that are as powerful as you.

Of course, after the party experience division is put back to how it used to be (60:40 ratio), the only thing you'll need is an excessively strong party and a Priest.

For example, for me as a Hero: my attack, Intrepid Slash, hits 3 enemies 3 times each, for equal damage. Let's say 100k each stroke. If I use Enrage, my damage goes up 60% but my Intrepid Slash (as well as all other attacks) only hits one enemy.
This means that if I am attacking 3 enemies at once, I do 100k x 3 x 3 = 900k per hit. If two enemies, 100k x 3 x 2 = 600k per hit. If I am attacking one enemy, I used Enrage, so I do 160k x 3 = 480k per hit. Obviously, I should be trying to always be up against 3 enemies or at least 2. Fighting one, even though I can kill it faster than 2 or 3, is a waste of my time.
(However, must also keep in mind that running between platforms, looking for a spawn of 3, and attempting to Rush them together while my ever-helpful party mates keep attacking them and causing Rush to fail, is also a waste of my time).
The best exp I got was when I was unmoving at the end of the bottom platform, there were people on the top two keeping them clear, and a nub mech was constantly pushing all new bottom spawn to me. Not having to move around and always having 3 enemies (at least) in front of me was heaven. But of course that can't always be arranged.

Well, I guess that makes things even simpler then! Still, I do think that being the strongest in the party makes the exp gain a lot better. When I'm with a party full of obscenely strong Heroes or Mechs, I tend to only get like 30-50k total exp from a monster that I'm attacking; however, when I'm stronger than the other members I'll be getting 75-100k+ experience total. Now that I think about it though, I suppose getting a large amount of exp from one monster wouldn't equate faster exp gain, since killing more monsters faster would probably yield a better amount overall.

To be honest i've tried both focused party killing (castle golems spamming d.strike and getting ~25k base exp average) as well as platforming in a weak party (crockys, at least 200-220k exp per kill)

Both netted around 20%\h, but i think if demo wasn't so terribly similar in DPS to dragon strike i would kill faster at crockys.
